Abuse Insights vs Healing Insights

People have asked how I make the distinction between insights that go into the “healing” verses the “abuse” insights categories.

Very simple or shall I say subtle. Anything that involves personal vision or forward movement from abuse to personal honoring, dignity and respect goes into the healing category.

Insights around violations, control and boundaries issues will typically be in the abuse category. And the subtle just before the opening described above is also in the abuse category, along with anything that specifically highlights some aspect of the abuse dynamic.
