Each time I read a story like this, “Ramsay: No one should suffer abuse like my mum,” I think to myself: early detection is the absolute best intervention and prevention of domestic abuse.

Famous chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay writes of his own experience wittnessing domestic abuse and the many losses that came with the package.

Awareness of the Abuse Dynamic

Abuse Insights vs Healing Insights

People have asked how I make the distinction between insights that go into the “healing” verses the “abuse” insights categories.

Very simple or shall I say subtle. Anything that involves personal vision or forward movement from abuse to personal honoring, dignity and respect goes into the healing category.
