Finding the YOU behind the chatter… Who is that? Here’s what I can promise you.

It isn’t the derogatory messages that were showered upon you by someone seeking to wear you down in an effort to control you.

It isn’t the visions and dreams your parents, your teachers or any other person contributing to your development wanted for you…even those genuinely and lovingly caring about your well-being.

It isn’t even your own visions and dreams you have for yourself…even the most industrious, the most honorable…the best of them.

It is pure being. It is the who, the what and the how of what is when you simply are. It is the space between your thoughts wherein resides pure existence, eternity, boundless being.

When you taste it, you know it. As you cultivate it being established, your awareness embraces it in activity and in conscious inactivity…even the inactivity of your sleep.

It is the opening of awareness unto itself. It is the expansion of awareness to embrace all that is within and all that is beyond…melting the boundaries in between.

That is the YOU behind the chatter. That is the YOU that you are.

As you know that to be YOU, you realize that you are not your thoughts, you are not your feelings, you are not your body. You are the mere existence that gives life to it all.

Knowing this will set you free and bring you peace, contentment and well-being. That is my Easter wish for you! God bless you.
